Includes Full site survey : Customers Working Drawings : Full Survey Pack which consists of Builders Plan, Frames Order , Roof Order/s, Materials orders, Picking lists for Depot and Installers, Electrical order, Plasterers order, Trims order.
0.5% On placement of order
2.00% On production of Full survey Pack and signed Working Drawings.
If Planning application required or Building Regs application then additional :-
£300 for Planning application plus fee to relevant council.
£300 for Building Regs application plus relevant fee to Building Control.
Structural Surveys : Heat (SAP) Calculations : if required are not included but can be arranged and payable via separate contractors.
